Franklin Roasters

A small-batch roastery and café at the base of the Franklins, built for slow mornings and post-trail espresso.

The story

Franklin Roasters started with a used drum roaster in a garage and a standing order from a handful of neighbors. The café came later, once the line outside the garage got hard to explain.

Beans are roasted a few feet from where they're poured, and the menu keeps a permanent place for horchata lattes and café de olla.

Why people love it

  • Single-origin pour over changed weekly
  • Horchata latte, cinnamon-forward and not too sweet
  • Patio seating with a straight view of the mountains
